How to Raise a Complaint with Mutualhope Roofing

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Mutualhope Roofing should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Mutualhope Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we matched you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Mutualhope Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@mutualhope.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems involving licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
