A Referral Service, Plainly Stated

Mutualhope Roofing helps homeowners in San Antonio and the San Antonio area reach independent roofing providers. That is the whole job. We do not climb roofs, lay shingles or send out crews. The providers in our network do that work, and each one runs its own business.

Why This Site Exists

A new roof is one of the bigger bills a house will ever see. Heat, humidity, heavy downpours and tropical storm season all wear on roofs in this region. When a roof reaches the end of its life, many homeowners rush. Rushing leads to mistakes. Photos get skipped. Quotes stay vague. A deposit goes out too soon.

Mutualhope Roofing exists to slow that moment down in a useful way. Photos before phone calls. Notes before quotes. Get it in writing.

How Matching Works

You tell us about your roof through the request form. You can also Request a callback to check provider availability. Your details go to a local provider in the network who handles roof replacement and new installs. That provider contacts you, talks through what you have, and sets up an inspection.

Timing depends on the provider and the season. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a set time.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in the network are expected to:

  • Hold the licenses and insurance that local rules require, and show them when you ask
  • Put quotes in writing, with materials and scope spelled out
  • Explain the plan in plain language
  • Treat your home and yard with care
  • Answer your questions without pressure

You should still check these things yourself. Ask. Do not assume.

What We Do Not Do

It helps to know our limits.

  • We do not perform roof work of any kind
  • We do not set provider prices or write your quote
  • We do not decide insurance claims or promise a claim outcome
  • We do not tell you which provider to hire
  • We do not ask you to sign anything to get a quote

How We Are Paid

Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner connects with them. That arrangement is between Mutualhope Roofing and the provider. Your quote comes from the provider, so read it closely and compare more than one if you can. You are under no obligation to hire anyone you speak with.
